Analytical Chemistry
  • Research and development of analytical methods for the characterization of non-metallic and metallic materials
  • Chemical analyses of the basic elements in a variety of metallic materials by the method of optical emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma (ICP-OES)
  • Chemical analyses of accompanying elements in various metallic materials with the method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS)
  • Chemical analyses of trace elements in various materials after pre-separation and pre-concentration, with different methods at a concentration of 1μg/g
  • Chemical analyses with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF)
  • Determination of carbon and sulphur by the method of infrared absorption after combustion in an induction furnace
  • Kjeldahl method for determination of nitrogen 
  • Chemical analyses of archaeological specimens; Archaeometry 
  • Chemical analyses to address ecological and environmental issues
  • Participation in the proficiency testing with established foreign institutions
